1. Lesson Booking Policy
All lessons must be reserved through the Elevation Sports Training online system (Outseta).
Only active members may reserve private or group lessons. Guests may attend if invited by a member.
Lessons are billed as a flat session fee (Private, Semi-Private, Small Group, or Large Group).
The member who books is financially responsible for the full session cost at checkout.
Families may coordinate cost-sharing among themselves, but Elevation collects the full fee from the booking member.
Lessons are scheduled and confirmed only after successful payment.
2. Group Lesson Policy
Rates are based on the session reserved, not the number of athletes who attend.
Example: If a 4-athlete session is booked and only 3 athletes attend, the 4-athlete rate applies.Group sessions are capped at the listed maximum (e.g., 6 athletes in a Large Group).
All athletes must arrive on time and be ready to train. Sessions begin and end promptly as scheduled.
