Our Philosophy

Every athlete develops differently. Elevation approaches long term athlete development through intentional training environments centered on movement quality, technical refinement, discipline, preparation, and sustainable progression.

The Lab is designed to develop confident, accountable, and technically refined athletes through intentional training environments, leadership development, and preparation systems.

Consistency, accountability, preparation habits, and daily disciplines that extend into everyday life.

Training environments are designed intentionally to support movement quality, technical refinement, confidence, and sustainable long term progression.

Sport is used to develop communication, resilience, composure, accountability, and leadership habits that extend beyond competition.

Long term growth is approached through mentorship, structure, guidance, and intentional commitment to progression.

Foundational Development

Foundational Development introduces young athletes to structured developmental training environments centered on movement quality, coordination, communication, discipline, and foundational athlete development.

The program emphasizes movement literacy, body control, coordination, technical foundations, confidence development, and age appropriate skill progression through structured instruction and repetition.

Training environments are structured intentionally to develop attentiveness, coachability, communication, effort, consistency, and preparation habits. Athletes are guided through clear expectations and progressive instruction.

Foundational Development is approached as the beginning stage of long term athlete development. Emphasis is placed on sustainable growth, movement quality, confidence, discipline, and long term enjoyment of sport rather than early specialization or short term performance outcomes.

Performance development

Performance Development is designed for athletes entering higher levels of structured training, accountability, preparation, and competitive growth. Training environments become increasingly intentional as athletes develop consistency, leadership habits, confidence, and greater ownership within the developmental process.

The program emphasizes technical refinement, positional understanding, movement quality, strength and conditioning integration, recovery awareness, communication, preparation systems, and confidence under pressure through structured competitive training.

Athletes are expected to approach training with attentiveness, consistency, discipline, coachability, effort, accountability, and preparation both within and beyond scheduled training sessions. Standards are reinforced through progressive instruction, competitive structure, and increasing responsibility.

Performance Development is approached as an integrated stage within long term athlete development. Athletes progress through structure, mentorship, technical refinement, recovery awareness, preparation systems, and increasing responsibility to support sustainable development within both sport and daily life.

high Performance

High Performance is designed for athletes pursuing advanced levels of competitive training within demanding and high standard de environments. Athletes are challenged through elevated expectations centered on consistency, leadership, composure, accountability, preparation, and high level execution.

The program emphasizes advanced technical execution, competitive awareness, communication under pressure, recovery management, strength and conditioning integration, preparation systems, and sustainable high level athletic performance.

Athletes are expected to approach training with professionalism, discipline, attentiveness, coachability, accountability, preparation, and competitive consistency both within and beyond scheduled training sessions. Standards are reinforced through technical detail, leadership responsibility, and structured competitive environments.

High Performance is approached as an advanced stage within long term athlete development where athletes refine, apply, and demonstrate the preparation developed through earlier stages of training. The environment is designed to support sustainable growth through accountability, recovery awareness, leadership development, and intentional preparation systems aligned with higher levels of competition.

Supplemental Development

Supplemental Development is designed to support athlete specific growth through individualized and small group developmental training environments. Training is built around movement quality, technical refinement, positional development, preparation habits, and long term progression goals.

The program emphasizes technical refinement, movement quality, positional detail, communication, decision making, and individualized preparation through targeted instruction and progressive skill development.

Athletes are expected to approach training with attentiveness, coachability, preparation habits, accountability, and intentional effort. Training environments are designed to support detail, individualized feedback, preparation systems, and sustainable long term progression.

Supplemental Development is approached as a focused extension within long term athlete development. The environment supports intentional growth through technical detail, movement refinement, mentorship, preparation systems, and athlete specific progression within both sport and daily life.
